I had the pleasure to work with Nicole for roughly four years while I managed the Creative Services department at a local newspaper.Nicole always had a sense of style and is a great designer, and her skills improved regularly during our time together. She learned to think and make design decisions quickly, as we were always under a tight deadline. Her work was thorough and the client was always happy with the results.I could rely on Nicole to show up on time and she always gave everything she had to the task at hand. I knew I could depend on her, no matter what project she was given. All of the sales representatives enjoyed working with her, as well. Creative people can be challenging at times, but not Nicole. Easy going, easy to get along with, and an overall pleasant person to work with are ways I would describe her.As the manager of many creative people through the years, Nicole stands out as being someone I was proud to have hired and worked with. If I ever had the opportunity to do so again, I would not hesitate to collaborate again.
